All new drivers are hired subject to an initial 90-day employment probationary period and a 90-day follow-up evaluation period. These periods are to give the driver the opportunity to show capabilities under actual working conditions. A driver may be discharged for unsatisfactory performance (or at-will) at any time during the 90-day inital evaluation employment discretionary period. The initial employment probationary period applies to all drivers and is not to be confused with performance or disciplinary probation during the course of employment.
