Store Team Member

Loss Control Bonus
  • Stores that control inventory losses below their quarterly budget will be eligible for an inventory bonus. The bonus is divided among a store's hourly employees and involves them in controlling losses at the store level.
  • Travel Stops are eligible to receive - up to $1,000 - divided among hourly employees.
  • C-Stores are eligible to receive - up to $500 - divided among hourly employees.
  • Team Members can also receive Referral Bonuses of $100 for each person they refer to Love’s and works with us for 60 days and longer.




Bonus Plan Eligibility Requirements:
The manager must be employed by Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. and on active, continuous duty, at the time bonus is paid.

The manager must work in the management position at least thirty (30) days to qualify for any bonus.

If a manager works less than the entire quarter, the bonus amount will be pro-rated.
