Over the last year, we have extensively polled our valued customers to find out what you wanted. Based on your feedback we are enhancing the I Love Rewards program to better meet your needs. This is the first of several upcoming enhancements designed specifically with you in mind. Thank you for your patronage and for allowing us to serve you.

I Love Rewards Points Spend Like Cash

Earn one point per gallon of Diesel fuel purchased and one point per dollar spent on all tire care purchases in our truck tire care centers. Each point is equal to one cent in value. Your points spend just like cash as you accumulate them. You can use them to purchase anything in our stores or restaurants including tire care with the exception of fuel, tobacco, alcohol, gift cards or lottery items.

Redemption Is Easy

Once you have earned 500 points, you can use your points to make your purchases. Just present your I Love Rewards card to any cashier to complete the transaction.

Visit our fuel desk and tell the Love's Team Member that you want to be an I Love Rewards member. They will issue you a card and you can start earning your benefits immediately.

Driver Refill & Shower Programs

When you fill up with 50 gallons of Diesel fuel or more, you automatically receive credit for a free shower and mug or thermos refill up to 44 ounces. All shower and drink credits are now valid for up to seven days from the time of purchase.

New Platinum Plus Program

We know there are down times over the holidays and we want to make sure we take care of you. All you have to do is earn Platinum status January thru October and we will guarantee your status in November and December. If you maintain your Platinum Plus status year-to-year, your points will rollover year-to-year.

Platinum Refill & Shower Program

When you purchase 1,000 gallons of Diesel fuel in a calendar month, you are entitled to a complimentary shower and a mug or thermos refill up to 44 ounces every time you visit the following calendar month.

Pump Start Feature

Don't have a corporate billing card to activate the pump? If you pay by cash, company check, debit card or any accepted major credit card, Pump Start allows you to activate the pump outside without having to come in first. No need to wait in line. Pump Start makes it easy.

Just stop by the fuel desk and tell your Love's Team Member that you are interested in adding the Pump Start feature to your I Love Rewards card. You will need your CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and you will be asked a few quick questions to get you up and running.

On your next visit, just swipe your I Love Rewards card at the pump, follow the prompts and begin fueling. It is just that easy.

Now Earn Points with Truck Tire Care & Roadside Service

Each of our truck tire care service center locations is fully equipped to handle your needs. We carry an extensive line of Michelin®, BF Goodrich® and Double Coin® truck tires when you need them the most. As a fleet driver or owner/operator, we have a tire to fit your truck and your budget. Every truck tire care and roadside service purchase made, including labor, earns you points. Ask your Diesel cashier or tire technicians for more details.

Program Rules

  • Member must swipe at the pump or present card at time of Diesel fuel or truck tire care center purchase to earn points.
  • Member must earn 500 points before redeeming points for the first time.
  • The free shower and drink refill credit must be redeemed within seven days from the time of purchase.
  • Limit one shower and one mug or thermos refill per driver and co-driver per visit per day for Platinum level members.
  • Refills are honored up to 44 ounces. All other sizes will be charged at regular posted refill prices.
  • Earn one point for every gallon of Diesel fuel or one point per dollar spent in our truck tire care center or roadside service (including labor):
    • 1 gallon = 1 point = 1 cent in value
    • 1 dollar spent = 1 point = 1 cent in value
  • Michelin national accounts qualify differently. Ask your Diesel cashier or tire technician for more details.
  • Members cannot spend points on fuel, tobacco, alcohol, gift cards or lottery items.
  • Points earned are not redeemable for cash.
  • Love’s is not responsible for reissuing points due to lost or stolen cards.
  • The I Love Rewards card is property of Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. and must be returned upon request.
  • Love’s has the right to terminate the program at any time.
  • Points expire December 31st of the following calendar year from the time you earn the points.
  • Platinum Plus program points expire if you fail to earn Platinum status from January thru October. All points expire December 31st of the following calendar year from the time you earn the points.
  • Pump Start feature must be activated at a store location.
