Program Rules

  • Member must swipe at the pump or present card at time of Diesel fuel or truck tire care center purchase to earn points.
  • Member must earn 500 points before redeeming points for the first time.
  • The free shower and drink refill credit must be redeemed within seven days from the time of purchase.
  • Limit one shower and one mug or thermos refill per driver and co-driver per visit per day for Platinum level members.
  • Refills are honored up to 44 ounces. All other sizes will be charged at regular posted refill prices.
  • Earn one point for every gallon of Diesel fuel or one point per dollar spent in our truck tire care center or roadside service (including labor):
    • 1 gallon = 1 point = 1 cent in value
    • 1 dollar spent = 1 point = 1 cent in value
  • Michelin national accounts qualify differently. Ask your Diesel cashier or tire technician for more details.
  • Members cannot spend points on fuel, tobacco, alcohol, gift cards or lottery items.
  • Points earned are not redeemable for cash.
  • Love’s is not responsible for reissuing points due to lost or stolen cards.
  • The I Love Rewards card is property of Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. and must be returned upon request.
  • Love’s has the right to terminate the program at any time.
  • Points expire December 31st of the following calendar year from the time you earn the points.
  • Platinum Plus program points expire if you fail to earn Platinum status from January thru October. All points expire December 31st of the following calendar year from the time you earn the points.
  • Pump Start feature must be activated at a store location.
