National Partnerships

Since 1999, Love’s has raised more than $60 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across the country. Customers generously support their local CMN Hospital through pin-pad donations and air pump purchases year-round. Stores also host a five-week campaign each fall to generate donations in support of sick and injured children in their communities.
Love’s partnership with Operation Homefront reflects the company’s dedication to giving back to those who serve our country and their families. Operation Homefront provides critical assistance to military families, helping them overcome challenges and thrive. Love’s is proud to support this organization throughout the year and through their annual Holiday Meals for Military campaign.
Love’s supports Truckers Against Trafficking as a part of its commitment to help combat human trafficking by equipping employees to identify and report potential trafficking situations. Love’s has partnered with Truckers Against Trafficking since 2013.
St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund
Love’s recognizes the vital role professional truck drivers play in keeping our economy moving. Unfortunately, illness or injury can sideline these essential workers, leaving them without income. Love’s has supported the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund since 2020 as they work to provide critical assistance to drivers and their families during difficult times by helping with expenses including rent, food and insurance.
Local Giving & Volunteerism

Since 1999, Love's and its employees have raised more than $14 million to support the United Way of Central Oklahoma and its partner agencies through an annual workplace giving campaign. Each year, employees generously donate to the organizations and Love's matches employee donations, demonstrating strong support for this important organization.
Local Education
Public education is a fundamental component of Love's core giving values. We recognize the crucial role that robust educational opportunities play in shaping the community. Love's supports metro Oklahoma City Public Schools and their foundations through donations and volunteer opportunities. In addition to working with local schools directly, Love's has provided support to Teach for America in Oklahoma City since 2014. Over the past 10 years, Love's has proudly donated more than $10 million to education efforts in Oklahoma City. Love’s also partners with the Black Chronicle in Oklahoma City for Love’s Student of the Month. Each month, a local student is selected for Student of the Month and at the end of the school year, one of them is selected as Love’s Student of the Year. This student receives a $10,000 college scholarship.
Share the Love
Love’s Share the Love campaign is an annual event where employees volunteer at nonprofit organizations in Oklahoma City and Houston during Valentine’s Day week. In addition to corporate participation, store team members join the fun by selecting a nonprofit organization in their division to donate $10,000. Each year, $110,000 is donated to organizations across the country where Love’s is located for this event.
Store donations
Love's understands the value of building meaningful connections with the communities where its stores are located. The company, together with its team members who live in these communities, demonstrate their commitment by donating $5,000 to a local nonprofit and $5,000 to the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital for each new store opening. Each division is also allocated an annual donation budget to provide ongoing support throughout the year.
Volunteering
Volunteering is an integral part of Love’s culture. Employees actively engage in community service, whether through tutoring at local schools or volunteering at the Regional Food Bank. To support these efforts, Love’s provides a range of resources including Volunteer Time Off, grant matching, volunteer grants and board service grants. These resources empower our team members to make a meaningful impact in the community, fostering a spirit of generosity and community involvement that aligns with the company’s values.
