This Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Use Agreement, which governs your use of Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. (together with its affiliates, "Love’s") Online Properties (defined in the Terms of Use Agreement).

In consideration of Love’s allowing you to use The Online Properties (as defined in the Terms of Use Agreement), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. YOUR USE OF THE ONLINE PROPERTIES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE ONLINE PROPERTIES’ TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT WHICH INCORPORATES THIS PRIVACY POLICY. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy (and the Terms of Use Agreement) in its entirety before using or accessing the Online Properties. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should proceed no further and obtain no services through the Online Properties.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information we collect from our employees or job applicants.  Additionally, this Privacy Policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Love’s does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by us. Further, this Privacy Policy does not govern our data collection activities offline or otherwise outside of our Online Properties (unless otherwise stated at the time of collection). If you visit a website that we mention or link to, be sure to review its privacy policy before providing that site with information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and statements of any website you choose to use or frequent to better understand the way in which website collect, use, and share your information.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how Love’s collects, uses and safeguards information and to assist you in making informed decisions when visiting or utilizing services provided by Love’s on the Online Properties. This Privacy Policy will be periodically reviewed and revised from time to time.

What Information We Collect

The Online Properties are operated in the United States.  If you reside outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We collect different types of Information from you in different ways. Below is an explanation of the types of information we collect, how we collect it, and how we typically use it. We will not sell the personal information, including any sensitive personal information, we collect or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Love’s does NOT sell any of the information it collects about you. However, Love’s may disclose your information to services providers who provide services to Love’s in furtherance of the services that Love’s provides to you. In particular, Love’s has collected the following categories of personal information from its consumers, employees, and job applicants within the last twelve (12) months:

Depending on a consumer’s particular interactions with us, we may not have collected each of the above categories for each consumer. For example, we need to collect certain personal information from our employees and job applicants that we do not also collect from our customers.

Love’s obtains the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:

  1. Information We Collect Automatically. We and our Service Providers (defined below) may automatically collect certain usage information about you when you access or use the Online Properties, which may include IP address; device identifier; traffic data; location data; Ad ID; browser type; operating system characteristics; information about your use of our Online Properties; and data regarding network connected hardware (e.g., computer or mobile device). This information is typically automatically collected as you navigate through the Online Properties and is collected by cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

    The information we collect automatically includes statistical data and does not typically include personal information. This information helps us to improve the Online Properties and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

    • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
    • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Online Properties according to your individual interests.
    • Speed up your searches.
    • Recognize you when you return to our Online Properties.
    • Make the Online Properties more responsive to the needs of our visitors.

    While we do not collect personal information automatically, we may tie non-personal information collected automatically to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us.

  2. Information You Provide Us. We and our Service Providers collect information you provide to us directly via the Online Properties. This information may include personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number, date of birth (where permitted by law) and other information, in connection with services and products available or described on the Online Properties when you choose to provide such information.

    This information may also include records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact Love’s. Your responses to surveys, contests or promotions sponsored by Love’s. Details of transactions you may carry out through the Online Properties. Your search queries on the Online Properties.

    For example, we collect information in connection with:

    • Our MY LOVE REWARDS® program,
    • Our LOVE’S EXPRESS® Fleet Card program,
    • Our TIRE CARE EXPRESS™ Card program,
    • Customer Portals,
    • Periodic contests,
    • Our "Contact Us" webpage, and
    • Our Love’s Financial™ program.

  3. Information From Other Sources. In addition, we may obtain information about you from other sources and combine that with information we collect about you. This information may include, where permitted by law, personal information such as your name, address, email address, social security number, date of birth, prior work history and other background information from the third-party Service Providers hosting the following Online Properties when you choose to provide the information in connection with:

    Data Retention

    Love’s retains personal information we collect or receive as described in this Privacy Policy for the purpose(s) for which it was collected and to provide our Online Properties, Products, and Services to you, communicate with you, training of employees, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, research and development of new Products and Services, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws. For example, we keep your standard identifying information and account credentials as long as you maintain a Love’s account. We also keep your billing and shipping information for processing returns during the return period.

    To determine the appropriate retention period for your personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your information, the purposes for which we process your information, and the applicable legal requirements. When we no longer need your personal information for a business purpose, or are no longer required to retain the personal information as described above, we will destroy, erase, or de-identify it. However, legal requirements may require us to retain some or all of the personal information we hold for a longer period of time even after our business purpose or need expires.

    Cookies

    We may track your visit to our Online Properties by giving you HTML "cookies" when you enter. Cookies are pieces of information transferred to your device’s hard drive or shared with your device’s temporary memory for record-keeping purposes. Our cookies do not store personal information. Cookies allow us to save preferences for you to make visiting our Online Properties easier. Cookies also help us to collect anonymous click-stream data for tracking visitor trends and patterns. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. If you prefer, you can reset your browser either to notify you when you have received a cookie or to refuse to accept cookies. You should understand that certain areas of our Online Properties may not function properly if you set your browser not to accept cookies. We do not respond to web browser “do not track” signals at this time.

    Consent to Use Information

    By providing information into any of the above areas, including personal information, you grant us permission to use such information for our business purposes including, without limitation, targeted online advertising for employment, products or services, contacting you regarding employment opportunities, credit applications or product offers, and you grant us permission to securely transmit your personal information to third parties to fulfill our business purposes. Further, we may contact you about selected employment positions, products, services, companies and events that we think may interest you, or contact you to obtain information regarding your opinion, requests, questions, comments or other information you have provided. If you later decide you do not want your information to be used in these ways, please let us know through the opt-out procedures described below. Please also see the section below entitled "Electronic Communications from Love’s."

    By providing the personal information of a person other than yourself or that of an entity into any of the above areas, you are solely responsible for obtaining from such person or entity any and all required rights, releases, consents, clearances, licenses, and other authorizations necessary to exploit and otherwise use their information (the "Clearances"). By submitting such information, you represent and warrant to Love’s that all required Clearances have been obtained and Love’s is entitled to rely on the same.

    How We Use Your Information

    We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

    • To present the Online Properties and its contents to you.
    • To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us.
    • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
    • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you share your name and contact information to request a price quote or ask a question about our products or services, we will use that personal information to respond to your inquiry. If you provide your personal information to purchase a product or service, we will use that information to process your payment and facilitate delivery. We may also use your information to facilitate new product orders or process returns.
    • To provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices.
    • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
    • To notify you about changes to the Online Properties or any products or services we offer or provide though them.
    • To allow you to participate in interactive features on the Online Properties.
    • For testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our Online Properties, products, and services.
    • To personalize your Online Properties experience and to deliver content and product and service offerings relevant to your interests, including targeted offers and ads through our Online Properties, third-party sites, and via email or text message (with your consent, where required by law).
    • To provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses.
    • To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
    • To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all Love's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Love’s about our Online Properties users is among the assets transferred.
    • As described to you when collecting your personal information.
    • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
    • For any other purpose with your consent.

    We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third-parties' goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please adjust your user preferences in your account profile.     How We Disclose Information We Collect

    We do NOT sell your personal information as the term sell is commonly understood. We do not use your personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. However, we may share your personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy.

    Love’s may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. We share your personal information with the following categories of third parties:

    • Service providers which includes, but is not limited to, payroll and benefits service providers and financial transaction processing service providers. Love’s does not sell your information to these companies but provides your information to them in order for them to provides services to Love’s in furtherance of the services Love’s offers to you.

    Disclosures of Personal Information for a Business Purpose

    In the preceding twelve (12) months, Love’s has disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:

    Category A: Identifiers.

    Category B: California Customer Records personal information categories.

    Category D: Commercial Information.

    We disclosed personal information for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties:

    • Service providers which includes, but is not limited to, payroll and benefits service providers and financial transaction processing service providers. Love’s does not sell your information to these companies but provides your information to them in order for them to provides services to Love’s in furtherance of the services Love’s offers to you.

    We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose your personal information to our affiliated companies and our stores as well as to our agents, vendors, consultants and other companies that provide services to us ("Service Providers") and to companies that may advertise to you as permitted by law, unless we are otherwise notified by you through the opt-out procedures described below. Generally, we may disclose your personal information to provide you access to the Online Properties, process and fulfill orders you may submit through the Online Properties, for analytics, research, and improvement purposes of our Online Properties, for advertising and marketing purposes (including sending you marketing and/or promotional materials), Products, and Services in order to support our business, to ensure the security and integrity of our Online Properties, or any other purposes disclosed by us, and/or consented to by you, when you provide the information. We may also disclose your personal information: (a) in response to requests from local, state or federal law enforcement officials; (b) in response to any judicial, administrative, or similar proceeding such as a subpoena; (c) when required by law; (d) to protect and defend the rights, business, property, life, health, security and/or safety of Love’s, the Online Properties, the users of the Online Properties, Service Providers, or any third party; (e) in special circumstances including in connection with a fundamental corporate structure or ownership change or in response to a physical threat (actual or perceived) to an individual; (f) to investigate disputes or claims related to our Online Properties, products and services; (g) to enforce this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use Agreement; or (h) to verify the accuracy of your information.

    How We Protect Your Information

    Love’s recognizes that the information you share with Love’s may be confidential and proprietary in nature. We strive to maintain the security of the Online Properties and offer you a secure shopping experience. Your payment card information is encrypted and transmitted to us using a secure internet connection. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized use and access. Unfortunately, however, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee 100% security of your personal information transmitted through our Site or in connection with our Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Online Properties.

    The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to your account or certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

    1. Information Security. Love’s does not warrant the security of your information. However, we utilize a variety of security controls to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction.
    2. Evaluation of Information Protection Controls. Periodically, our controls are reviewed for security, confidentiality and quality.
    3. Employee Access to Your Information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to personal information and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.

    Electronic Communications from Love’s

    You may be given the opportunity to consent and request to receive from Love’s and/or its third party Service Providers, by electronic delivery (which includes, but is not limited to, email, text message, mobile app push message, automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice recordings to cell phones and landlines), promotional and marketing information and materials, documents, and any other communications ("Electronic Communications”). Your consent is your specific agreement that Electronic Communications provided by Love’s are reasonable and proper for the purpose of any and all laws, rules, and regulations, and you agree that such Electronic Communications fully satisfy any requirement that such communications be provided to you in writing or in a form that you may keep.

    Electronic messaging is subject to our Electronic Messaging Disclaimer, which can be viewed at: https://www.loves.com/~/media/docs/Electronic-Messaging-Disclaimer-2016.pdf. Love’s routinely retains electronic messages and uses encryption/security software, but Love’s cannot completely ensure the security and privacy of electronic messaging to and from Love’s. These communications could be intercepted without your knowledge and permission. If you are concerned about your privacy, we suggest that you do not use electronic messaging to provide information to us that you consider sensitive or confidential. Additional terms apply to SMS communications.

    Love’s may contact you at any phone number or email address that you have provided us, to: (i) verify your identity, including your phone number, email address, or other contact information; (ii) confirm or cancel your order; (iii) verify information to process your order such as billing, shipping, delivery, or return address; (iv) notify you regarding your account or order; (v) send you news and updates about the Online Properties, or your account; (vi) troubleshoot problems with your account, or order; (vii) resolve a dispute; (viii) collect a debt if you purchase our Products or Services; (ix) poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires; (x) service your account; and/or (xi) enforce our Terms of Use Agreement, and other rules, guidelines, policies, applicable law, or any other agreement we may have with you.

    Your current valid contact information will be required in order for you to receive Electronic Communications from Love’s. You must also download the Love’s mobile app to receive push messaging. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your contact information. You may request a paper version of any agreement to which your electronic signature applies. You acknowledge that Love’s reserves the right to charge you a reasonable fee for the production and mailing of any such agreement. To request a paper copy contact us at comments@loves.com.

    You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications from Love’s. You acknowledge and agree that Love’s has the right to restrict or terminate your access to certain aspects of the Online Properties if you withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications. If you wish to withdraw your consent, contact us at comments@loves.com.

    Opt-out; Access, Correction, & Deletion of Information

    Visitors to our Online Properties may be given the opportunity to choose whether to have their information used for certain purposes when asked for the information. Otherwise, visitors who no longer wish to be contacted, to have their information shared pursuant to this Privacy Policy, or to receive our sales alerts and other promotional email, text or mobile app push notifications may always opt-out of receiving one or all of these notifications or from having their information shared for certain purposes by (1) logging into your Love’s loyalty account, if any, and choosing to opt-out, (2) utilizing prescribed unsubscribe mechanisms contained in Love’s emails or texts, or (3) contacting us at comments@loves.com; provided however, Love’s may still disclose your information as set forth in (a) – (h) of the section above entitled "How We Disclose Information We Collect". You may opt-out at any time and for any reason.

    Our mobile applications may send you notifications that may include alerts, sounds, and icon badges. These push notifications or in-app messages may include both operational messages and promotional messages regarding products, services and offers that may be of interest to you. These can be configured in settings. As with emails, even if you opt-out of receiving promotional communications, we may continue to send you non-promotional push notifications, such as those about your use of the applications or our ongoing business relations.

    If you would like to exercise an access, review, and/or deletion right of Your Information in accordance with applicable law, please submit a verifiable consumer request by clicking here.

    We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Please see the section Your States Privacy Rights for additional information on requests and appeals of requests.

    Residents of certain states may have additional personal information rights and choices. Please see the section “Your State Privacy Rights” (below) for more information.

    Children’s Privacy

    The Online Properties are intended for a general audience and not directed to individuals less than eighteen (18) years of age. We will not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of eighteen (18) consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and applicable state law. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), do not use or provide any information on the Online Properties or through any of its features, register on the Online Properties, make any purchases through the Online Properties, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Online Properties, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we become aware that an individualunder the age of eighteen (18) has provided personal information to us through our Online Properties, we will delete it from our files. If you are a parent or legal guardian of someone under the age of eighteen (18) whom you believe has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at comments@loves.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information from our files.

    Release and Limitations

    By using the Online Properties you release Love’s from and agree that Love’s is not responsible for: (i) any disclosure of personal information made by you to a Service Provider through your use of the Online Properties; (ii) any disclosure of personal information obtained illegally from us; or (iii) any accidental disclosure of personal information made by us.

    Privacy Policies of Other Websites

    As stated above, the Online Properties contain links to other websites which are hosted, operated and/or managed by a third party or its contractors, not Love’s. Love’s is not responsible for the privacy practices of the third parties hosting, operating and/or managing such other websites. Your use of any other websites which are hosted, operated and/or managed by a third party or its contractors is governed by the respective policies of the third party or subcontractor. We strongly recommend that you read and inquire into the privacy policies of every such third party website that you visit which collects your information. Links to various third-party websites or pages do not constitute or imply endorsement by us of these websites or pages, or any products or services described on these other websites or pages. You acknowledge that Love’s is not liable for the actions or inactions related to or arising from any other websites which are hosted, operated and/or managed by a third party or its contractors (whether or not they are accessible via links on the Online Properties). You expressly waive any claims against Love’s that you may have related to actions or inactions related to or arising from any other websites which are hosted, operated and/or managed by a third party or its contractors. You understand that any information submitted to these other websites may be retained, viewed and used by the third parties and/or Love’s and in accordance with any applicable third parties’ respective use and privacy policies and this Privacy Policy.

    Your State Privacy Rights (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia)

    State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information. Currently, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia generally provide (now or in the future) their state residents with rights to:

    • Confirm whether we process their personal information.
    • Access and delete certain personal information.
    • Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah).
    • Data portability.
    • Opt-out of personal data processing for:
      • targeted advertising (excluding Iowa);
      • sales; or
      • profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding Iowa and Utah).
    • Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data.

There may be instances where we may not act on your verified requests. Should this occur, we will explain to you the basis for not providing the information or taking the action (e.g., accessing and/or correcting data) you requested and you have the ability to appeal that decision.

    Right to Know and Access to Specific Information

    Generally, you have the right to request that Love’s disclose certain information to you about our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights, below), we will disclose to you:

    • The categories of personal information we collected about you.
    • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
    • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
    • The categories of personal information about you that we shared and the categories of third parties with whom we shared that personal information.
    • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
    • If we sold your personal information, the categories of personal information about you that we sold and the categories of third parties to whom we sold such personal information.

    Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising

    Generally and to the extent Love’s uses your personal information to engage in targeted advertising, you have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal information for such purposes.

    Right to Opt Out of Sale of Personal Information

    We do not sell your information.

    Right to Opt Out of Profiling

    Generally and to the extent we process your personal information for the purpose of profiling in furtherance of solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, you have the right to ask us to stop doing so. However, we do not engage in profiling in furtherance of such covered decisions.

    Deletion Request Rights

    You have the right to request that Love’s delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights, below), we will respond to it consistent with your state’s applicable requirements.

    Please understand that the Love’s App will continue to collect information about you so long as the application is installed. Therefore, if you request Love’s to delete your information and you no longer want Love’s to process your information then you should also delete the Love’s App.

    Please understand that if you request your information to be deleted and Love’s complies with that request then that may prevent you from being able to access certain features and/or functions of the Online Properties and could affect your experience at Love’s locations to the extent they rely on the Online Properties to provide goods and/or services to you.

    Geolocation Opt-Out

    If you wish to opt-out of Love’s obtaining your geolocation data for the purpose of locating nearby Love’s locations and fuel pricing through the Online Properties, you must do so by disabling precise geolocation in your device settings. Please understand that this may affect your use of the Online Properties and prevent you for accessing certain features and functions on the Online Properties.

    Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

    To exercise the access and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

    • Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. If you would like an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, the agent may do so by using the number or form above. In addition to providing the required information about you, your authorized agent will have to provide documentation to demonstrate that he or she is authorized to act on your behalf. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

    Generally, you may only make a verifiable consumer request for access twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

    • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
    • We may request information from you in order to verify your request, such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number, and then use that information to match it with information we already have.
    • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

    Generally state laws prohibit us from responding to your request or providing you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request.

    Response Timing and Format

    We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you in writing.

    Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable.

    You have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us at within 30 days after your receipt of our decision. We utilize OneTrust in order to manage appeals and, if you appeal, your case will be assigned a Request ID. In order to assist us with your appeal, please provide us with the full name exactly as submitted on the original request and the date it was submitted and the OneTrust Request ID you were assigned (if you have one). We will respond to your appeal within 45 days of our receipt of the request.

    Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain personal information sales. Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out rights may submit a verifiable consumer request by clicking here. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

    Other California Privacy Rights

    California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Online Properties and in-store customers that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.     Changes to Our Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time-to-time. When we do, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make. We will obtain your consent to any material privacy changes if and where this is required by applicable privacy laws or our contractual agreements. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Online Properties and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes. Your continued use of the Online Properties constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Online Properties has the same effect as manually signing the Privacy Policy with Love’s and creates a valid, binding contract between you and Love’s. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, proceed no further, do not obtain services through the Online Properties, do not access any of the Online Properties, and do not download the Love’s Connect Mobile Application mobile app.
