OKLAHOMA CITY, April 30, 2015 – Love's Travel Stops opened its first location on Interstate 135 in McPherson, Kansas, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 56, today. The new travel stop provides drivers with a place to rest and access driver services along the nearly 100-mile stretch of interstate.

The new facility offers name-brand snacks, an expanded fountain drink selection, gourmet coffee, electronics, gift merchandise, a Hardee's restaurant and more. The 24/7 travel stop also features seven showers, 84 truck parking spaces, a Love's Truck Tire Care center, RFID cardless fueling, CAT scales and other services.

"The opening of this location allows us to serve drivers along two major routes," said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love's. "Interstate 135 is well traveled between Wichita and Salina, and U.S. Highway 56 is also a busy lane. For a limited time, professional drivers can earn up to five points with their "My Love Rewards" loyalty cards at all Love's locations.
