“Belleville is a great community next to a well-traveled highway so this is an exciting day for us,” said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love’s Travel Stops. “We look forward to serving everyone with the ‘Clean Places, Friendly Faces’ Love’s is known for, for many years to come.”

Belleville opens in the middle of a record year for Love’s. The Oklahoma City-based company is on track to open more than 40 new locations this year nationwide, which will be the most Love’s has opened in a given year in Love’s history. Love’s began with one location in Watonga, Oklahoma, in 1964, and has grown to more than 380 locations in 40 states. Four Kansas locations have already opened this year with three more scheduled to open by next spring.

The 24-hour, 5,000 square-foot Belleville travel stop features a Subway restaurant, gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, gift merchandise, name-brand electronics and more. Professional drivers can take advantage of two showers and 65 truck-parking spaces.

Love’s will celebrate the opening of the new location with a ribbon cutting to be held in the coming weeks.
