Love's to donate $2,000 to local nonprofit

OKLAHOMA CITY, March 17, 2016 -- Customers in central Colorado have a new place to purchase fuel, snacks and more, as Love’s opened in Buena Vista, Colorado, along U.S. Highway 24.

"We are excited to open a country store in Buena Vista to serve residents and travelers," said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love’s Travel Stops. "With the amount of tourism this location experiences year round, we are well positioned to serve residents and travelers. We look forward to offering a unique convenience store experience with the 'Clean Places, Friendly Faces' Love’s is known for."

The 24-hour, 4,000-square-foot facility adds approximately 20 jobs to Chaffee County. Customers can enjoy Chester’s and Godfather’s Pizza restaurants, gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, gift merchandise and two roller grills that offer hot dogs, tamales and more.

Love’s will donate $2,000 to Boys & Girls Clubs of Chaffee County as a part of the grand opening festivities. A ribbon cutting will be held in the coming weeks at the new location.
