Love’s Travel Stops Opens In Newton, North Carolina
(OKLAHOMA CITY, August 24, 2017) – Love’s Travel Stops adds a new location to its network of stores in North Carolina with the opening of a travel stop in Newton today at 1760 Southfork Drive (U.S. Highway 321, Exit 37). The new travel stop adds approximately 60 jobs to Catawba County.

The 24/7 facility offers gourmet coffee, fresh fruits, name-brand snacks and a Hardee’s restaurant. Professional drivers can take advantage of the 104 truck parking spaces, diesel-fuel pumps, showers, laundry facilities and Love’s Truck Tire Care center. The opening of the Newton store marks Love’s fifth travel stop in North Carolina. Nationwide, Love’s has more than 430 stores in 41 states.
In celebration of the new store, Love’s will hold a ribbon cutting in conjunction with the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29. During the ceremony, Love’s will present a $2,000 donation to the Foothills Folk Art Festival taking place Saturday, Oct. 2 in Newton.
