Dance Marathon: Photos from Texas Tech Raiderthon 2016

Posted February 11, 2016

They danced and they danced and they danced, and generous souls came through with money to benefit Children's Miracle Network Hospitals -- all part of Raiderthon 2016 at Texas Tech University on February 6.

In all, Texas Tech's Dance Marathon committee was able to raise more than $25,000 for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and it looks like they had a great time!

Love’s has pledged contributions to 27 Dance Marathon programs in 2016. The Dance Marathon season kicked off the first week of February with events at Tarleton State University, Auburn University and Texas Tech University.

Dance Marathon is a fundraiser organized by students at hundreds of colleges and high schools across the country to benefit kids and families facing pediatric illnesses. Its yearlong fundraising efforts culminate with a 12-40-hour event where students stay on their feet through dancing and games. Dance Marathon has raised more than $106 million since its founding in 1991.

We got lots of photos from this tremendous event, and we're sharing them below:
