Gulfport celebrates Love's homecoming with ribbon cutting

Gulfport, Mississippi, is home again to the one of the newest Love's Travel Stops locations. Gulfport residents welcomed Love's 595 with a ribbon cutting Nov. 3 in conjunction with the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce.

It was nothing short of a homecoming celebration. West Harrison High School brought its ROTC color guard, cheerleaders and mascot Stormy. There was even a bright yellow cake!

With each new location, Love's is delighted to give back to the community by donating to a local nonprofit. Love's 595 presented a $2,000 donation to West Harrison High School. The donation went to extracurricular activities that often don't have funding. Stormy's costume among other needs was purchased with the donation.
