Hospitality hardware: Love’s Hospitality teams sweep the awards board

Love’s takes tremendous pride in growing the number of ways it serves its customers. Whether it’s the Truck Care team working on trucks, store or restaurant team members preparing fresh food in the restaurants or deli or supplying everyday items in its stores, Love’s aims to cater toward providing unmatched Highway Hospitality.

A crucial vein to Love’s unofficial tag line, “Heart of the Highway,” Love’s Hospitality team has proven they know what it takes to consistently produce standout service for guests at one of the company’s 19 hotels. If word of mouth wasn’t enough, the awards the company’s recently earned serve as a reminder that Love’s Highway Hospitality doesn’t end at its travel stops.

One of the company’s top-tier hotel locations is the Suburban Extended Stay in Midland, Texas. Based off guest satisfaction surveys and recommendation scores, Hotel General Manager Dona Malone and her team have begun to amass a collection of high-profile customer service awards which have helped create their gold-standard culture. This year, Dona’s team collected their third Ring of Honor award, given only to hotels that rank within the top one percent of each hotel brand.

Hotel General Manager Mason Harrop and her crew from the Holiday Inn Express in Brigham City, Utah, received the 2021 True Hospitality award from the Intercontinental Hotels Group. This award is based on guest scores comprising of overall satisfaction, service and cleanliness.

Finally, Love’s pair of Microtel locations in Pecos and Sweetwater, Texas, were awarded the Best of Microtel Award for their outstanding guest service efforts that landed them in the brand’s yearend top ten. These prestigious awards are becoming a norm for the Love’s Hospitality team, who look forward to adding to their collection while continuing to represent Love’s customer commitments to the fullest.
